Hi all, I'm trying to export live jira cloud data to Microsoft excel using the 'Get data from web' function.
This has never been a problem on past projects but I've just been hit with a recurring error of 'The Password won't be encrypted when sent' when it asks for my login credentials.
Not sure why this is happening and nothing I try seems to get round it.
Anyone know how to get round this, or have an easier way of extracting live data from Jira to Excel?
