We have a user story in JIRA that was closed on 24-July, 2019. However some updates were made on Aug 6th and these changes are not shown in the "History" or "Activity" sections.
Please let me know what can be the reason.

I tested making some changes on a ticket that was closed in December and the updates are showing normally. On the new issue view, the updates are shown from oldest to newest.
Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please let us know if this is happening with all issue types?
Is there any other old ticket where you can change something to check if the same issue will happen?
Is it happening on other projects?
