The filter is showing correct data but the dashboard gadget using same filter is showing incorrect data. When I click on the pie chart information, it shows correct data but the pie chart shows overall number.

In some cases the Jira gadgets show wrong data. There are similar complaints on the Atlassian Community and there is an open defect for this which could be related: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-79966

My advice would be to contact Atlassian Support on this matter.

You could try also using the Issue Statistics gadget instead. Or, to look for an app on Atlassian Marketplace that offers a similar functionality.

If you consider the idea of using an app, our Great Gadgets app has a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget that can be configured as a per chart or table, so it could be a good replacement.

Please provide evidence to illustrate your problem.

Can you provide screen images of the gadget pointing out the information that is incorrect? Show us the configuration details for the gadget. Provide a screen image of the filter output for the filter being used by the gadget.

Can you confirm through the gadget's filter Advanced Search that there is not more than one filter with the name "Evaire - Status of issues in current sprint"?
