The field is not displayed in quick filters of a business project managed by a company

Good day
There is a business project, and tasks have several custom fields. Quick filters display all fields except one. The only one difference I found between the non-display field and the others is that it is a multi-select field. At the same time, the standard component field also has a multi-selection and it appears in the filters. How can I add a custom multi-select field to quick filters?

HI @Евгений Гусенков as you are talking about quick filters, I assume you are talking about cards on an agile board, either scrum or kanban.

You can configure cards on a board to display up to three additional fields. The fields can be different for the Backlog and Active sprints, if you are using a Scrum board.
