There isn't a roll-up by default - time estimates on sub-tasks can be rolled up to story-level, but you'd need an app to roll estimates up from stories to an Epic (unless you have Jira Portfolio, where you can view it on the plan/scope view)
You could try:
- An app which directly address the issue, such as Epic Sum Up
- Scripting a field to provide this information using an app such as ScriptRunner - questions and answers like this one can help you create this
What is possible on each app does depending on your host type (i.e Cloud, Server, Data Center) - check out each app's documentation to see the differences!
