This means the issues is with the application itself, nothing wrong from your side. If the error keeps happening, contact their vendor support.

Are you still experiencing this issue? In Cloud environments it happens that apps could have hiccups which get fixed "automatically".
If not, I would recommend to open a ticket with the vendor of the app so that you can specific support. This community is a great spot to ask questions, but it's usually not an official support channel for Marketplace App vendors.
