The archived issue still shown in Scrum board backlog

Our team uses Jira original Archive function a lot and constantly meet issues that the issue archived by common user are still shown up in the backlog of their boards.

However, if Jira administrator restore this issue and re-archive, it will go away.

It bothers us a lot, but really mysterious to find the root cause.

How exactly are your people using the "Jira original archive function"? What are you doing to archive an issue?

Just using this Archive function from menu when people find their issue is duplicated or no longer valid.
