The TestRail case Id is not populated in the dashboard although it's displayed in the story

I created a filter result gadget in a dashboard and i added a column for TestRail case ID, but it's not populated although this field is populated if i opened the story, that's mean that the integration between Jira and testrail is working fine, so what could be the problem?
