The JIRA Server is extremelly instable after activation

Nearly by all customization I get errors 

• I cannot change the workflow for the project
• choice of columns in issue list is ignored
• etc etc

I'm relatively nie in JIRA world but I excepted more stable environment.

I did no programming, all changes (or tries for changes) were done only via GUI...

Can you help me please how to proceed to get stable PM environment?

What errors are you getting?  "I cannot change the workflow" and "choice of columns" are not telling us what the problems or errors are.

Hi, it seems that after 2 restarts of system is JIRA somehow "selfhealing" :-) 
Actually I get following error when I try to change System dashboard...
