I'm trying to do a bulk import of issues to JIRa (which worked a week ago using the same sheet) but for some reason is now throwing the error: "The CSV file you uploaded contains non-ASCII characters. Make sure to set the right encoding."

I've changed nothing from the sheet I am using, is there a known bug for this? I have looked in community and can see a suggested resolution was that my personal settings could be tat my language is set to German, but it is not.

Any suggestions?
