Description:
When hovering over the user profile block, the user name is displayed incorrectly — the text becomes misaligned and partially clipped. The issue occurs in the profile header section where the user avatar and name are shown.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the interface with the user profile block
2. Hover over the user profile area (avatar/name section)
3. Observe the user name rendering

Actual result:
User name is misaligned and/or clipped on hover (Please see the attachments)

Expected result:
User name is displayed correctly without any layout issues

Hi @Kuchkarov Farrukh do you know if your browser's zoom level is set to 100%?  Sometimes if this is different, you can see things like this.  Just for comparison, have you tried viewing this using a different language?  I know there are issues on Atlassian's Jira Site where things are being cutoff with a specific language

I've experienced the zoom level cutting things off myself. 

I would agree with @Arkadiusz Wroblewski to try another browser, another PC, even another user to try and narrow down exactly what is causing it.

If you can narrow it down, your System Administrator could contact Atlassian Support for further assistance.

That is not typical Jira behavior. It is more likely related to the browser, rendering, or display scaling.

Please test it in another browser and also check the scaling settings in your operating system.
