Testlink and JIRA cloud integration.

Hi there,

I am using Testlink 1.9.13 and JIRA cloud. I am having issues integrating the two.

I am using jira(interface:rest) , it displays connection OK.

I can even raise a bug in testlink , but that bug is not getting reflected in JIRA.

Please advice.

Hi. I am having the same issue. In my test link logs I found below;

SOAP Fault: (code: WSDL, string: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL testlink

According to my research, I found this is because the following line of the configurations depreciated in JIRA 7

<uriwsdl>http://xxxxx.atlassian.net/rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2?wsdl</uriwsdl>

Any solution for this? I still cannot find a proper answer for this.

Have you performed all the steps of this documentation?

Per the description, After creating the bug in JIRA, if you return to TestLink window and add the ticket number, you would be able to manage your JIRA bugs from within your test management software.

I think that you should use the type as jira(Interface: soap) if you are using JIRA as a third party tool. Can you confirm if it works for you?
