Test details in test tasks are not loaded any more.

what can I do, when Test-details are not loaded any more?

Is the apps license still valid?

What if you select the 3 dots, can you select like view or else?

Licence is still valid. 
When I click 3 dots, I see only hide test details option :(

What app is used for testing, might it be that it has its own permission option or project enablement options on global level that someone has changed?
