Hello @Duong Nguyen Hong

The best way to validate this is to create or open a saved filter, export its RSS URL, and then paste that URL into a proper RSS reader.

I would recommend starting with a very simple filter that is guaranteed to return results, just to rule out any issue with the query itself. If it still does not work, the next thing to check is whether the filter is shared appropriately and whether the reader has the necessary access or authentication.

There are a few common pitfalls here. If you open the RSS URL directly in Chrome or Edge and only see raw XML, that does not necessarily indicate a Jira problem. It can simply be normal browser behavior, since Chrome does not natively support RSS feeds. Another thing to watch for is restricted issues: if the filter includes them, Atlassian notes that you may need to be properly authenticated, or use an API token, for the feed reader to retrieve the data.

Finally, if the filter has not been shared correctly, other users or external readers may not be able to see any results, because Jira filter sharing controls access to the underlying content.
