Test Management for Jira. Error Publishing test results in Jenkins

Hi,
I created a Jira account, created projects, and generated test cases. For this I am using Test Management for Jira API keys.

In jenkins I have installed the plugin and I have configured it correctly: with the API key it has connected successfully (in attached file).

The problem is that when I run the job and try to publish the test results, the following error appears in the Jenkins console:

[Test Management for Jira] [INFO] Publishing test results ...
[Test Management for Jira] [ERROR] There was an error trying to publish test results to Test Management for Jira. Error details: (in attached file)
