Test Instance for JIRA API

Is there a JIRA instance that Atlassian makes available for testing API functionality?

I am preparing a demo of functionality using the JIRA Rest API to integrate some analytic applications with JIRA to create issues based on outcome of the analytic process (to investigate data issues, or other failures) and would like to present the process to a User Group outside of my company.  Since it is outside of my firm I do not want to use my firm JIRA for the demo and was hoping there was another solution available.

You should run your own Jira Server. The easiest way to run in docker:
