Not everyone in our company needs Jira access on a daily basis but once in a while would like to log a bug. We would like like to make a custom slack bot that uses my API key to call the Jira API to create, edit or comment on issues.
I'm aware of the slack + jira integration but we would still like the greater control which a custom bot would offer.
Would it be against Jira terms of service if multiple slack users without Jira accounts were using slack bot commands which in turn create issues in this way?
