Tempo traker auto start

Hi everyone! 
How can I set up some feature that will help me with an auto start of time tracker for the task than was moved from TO DO column to IN PROGRESS and auto log work time for the same task after moving from IN PROGRESS to TO DO or DONE columns - http://prntscr.com/m48cus

by default JIRA does not give you time tracking if you want to have some sort of SLA.

Thanks for the advice!
But I hoped that I can make something by myself I thought it will be enough to set up some additional settings in workflow or create not difficult macros
