Tempo time sheet gadget tempo tracker not available

Hello Jira community

I saw in a video that there is gadget for tempo tracker on start page of Jira. Also various tempo tracker in a task.
When I search for tempo tracker under the gadget as shown in the video, I don't find this function.

How do I get the "Multitracker" both as a gadget on the home screen and in the single task and capture times faster when working on multiple tasks.

The Tempo Tracker gadget and multiple trackers you saw in the video is only available in the Cloud version. 

On Server, only a single tracker can be used. It can be accessed via the Tempo dropdown (Tempo, Tracker), or directly on an issue (in the issue view, select More, Start Tracker).
