Hi,

I'm currently trying tempo app on my jira software instance.

For some reason, i'm not able to set tempo as timetracking provider in Issues/Timetracking, i have only one choice which is Jira provided time tracking.

Has anyone any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks  lot

Hi @Hugo Cortade ,

Can you please confirm that Tempo Timesheets is installed on your JIRA Cloud instance as the option to set Tempo as time tracking provider is connected to this plugin.

In case you have Tempo Planner installed, but not Tempo Timesheets, the option to set Tempo as time tracking provider is not available as Tempo Planner does not provide a time tracking option (only time planning).
