I've recently setup TEMPO and I am now trying to setup the Accounts funciton.
1. I created a JIRA custom field
2. I then added customers, categories and accounts and then assing a JIRA project
3. I then open a new JIRA ticket and log hours against this tick
I can use the TEMPO reporting at USer or Project level and see hours logged. However, when I select TEMPO > Account and select my account and the week I know I have logged hours within I cannot see any results.
It doesnt matter what account i select I dont see any hours.
Any ideas?

Please verify that your worklog is valid by viewing the Advanced Invalid Worklogs list view.
