Hi,
In Jira Automation (Cloud), I'm trying to define a rule to create work items having a specific Tempo Account, but the account in question is not visible in the list of accounts available:
I compared the account's configuration with another account that works, and other than applicable Jira projects which are not the same between the two, I can't see any other reason why it wouldn't be visible in the Automation list.
Yes, the Jira project concerned by the rule is in the Tempo account's setup.
I saw another thread about a bug with the limit of 1000 accounts in Tempo. We are way below that.
Any idea what might be the issue here?
Thanks.
Hello,
You many need to grant the user who is accessing transition page with this global permissions "Administer Jira"
This seems to be required now with Jira if you need to access account field in automation.
