Tempo (With Jira) stopped working

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We are (were) using jira and tempo.

however, 2 days ago Tempo stopped working, showing a message

Something's gone wrong
Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support.
ERROR: GT71QO
Tempo is now down for at least 48 hours.
JIRA is still working as usual.
There is a status page  at "status.tempo.io/", but it says everything is OK
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi @Dror Tirosh -

This type of error presentation can be a licensing issue. Please check your billing page to make sure everything is set up correctly and working.

Hey @Dror Tirosh ,

I'm not seeing any notifications about it begin down for everyone so this might be an isolated case.

As it has been down for you for 48hrs, you might be best served by opening a support call with Tempo directly (especially since their statuspage doesn't show anything wrong)
