Tempo Timesheet User Gadget filling up Browser Memory

On Firefox 75.0 we have trouble with the User Gadget on the Dashboard. It fills the memory of Firefox completely. Its only under certain circumstances yet to figure out.

But when using IE, which doesn't even try to load the gadget, hence it can be removed, and the re-login into Jira, the problem is solved.

Anbody else having that?

Jira Server 8.5.4, Tempo 10.15.2

We have the exact same problem. Sometimes it works, otherwise it just fills the memory. Same problem with old edge, new edge, chrome and firefox.

We are using Jira Server 8.7.1 and Tempo 10.15.2

First time appeared with Tempo 10.14.4

Thanks for the reply hence the problem is not on our side :-)

I changed the title then to "Browser memory" instead of Firefox.

Since i have no further experience with the others.

Any chance someone from tempo team sees this?

I'm not sure if someone sees this. I just found this article https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/article/382730297

It just says their gadgets are crap and they will provide new gadgets in the futre. I will open a ticket anyway and post the results here, if they have.

Thanks to the Tempo Team.
