Few days ago I lost the ability to plan my team's time using Tempo Planning, even though I'm Jira Administrator, and I'm added to my team's list of permissions to be able to manage time planning. Is this bug related to the latest release of the Tempo add-on by any chance?

The new release involved changes to the permissions. It defaults to the lead of the team only having this permission. You need to go into the team, then into its permissions and add a new column or change yourself to the lead. I had this exact same issues with 3 of my project managers who share teams for development work.
