Tempo Planner - e-mail notification

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

"Deleting a plan triggers an email notification to be sent to the reviewer and the user that originally requested the plan approval if they are not the same" -->I have the case when user that originally requested the plan approval didn't get the e-mail notification when plan is deleted.

Any suggestion what to check in settings?

I think the best option would be to contact Tempo directly; maybe they could help you after raising a ticket in the support portal.
