As Office Manager and responsible to plan company meetings and events, is there a way in Tempo Planner to assign a company meeting or an event (designed as an internal task) to all the members of the company?
We are trying to investigate if we could replace Outlook by Tempo also for the recurrent team and company meetings as well as for events.

The current integration between Outlook and Tempo is for Timesheets:

Tempo will not replace your invites, rsvps, resources (meeting rooms f.e.), etc. so you would still need Outlook for that.
To my knowledge, there isn't an easy way to plan a recurring meeting for all attendees in 1 action.
