Tempo Log Time button doesn't open window

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

After completing a work ticket when I click on the Log Time button the screen goes dark and usually a small window opens to log my time but now nothing is happening.

As a workaround, can you please use the My Work view to log work.
