I would like to know if there is a way for a separate plugin to access planned hours from tempo beyond the event listeners. Ideally I would like to be able to find all the planned hours for a single project.
If there is a way to access planned hours on a project basis instead of assignee basis on their REST api, that would also be very helpful.
