Templates disappeared for Contributors on Jira Product Discovery Standard plan

Hi,

After trying the Beta version of Jira Product Discovery, we migrated to the Standard plan in August. 

Since then, our creators can still use idea templates but the contributors don't see the option to add a template anymore. Is this expected? If contributors can create ideas, they should be able to use the templates as well, right?
