Technical prerequisites

I'm getting JSM licence (50 agents) for Jira on-prem.

I need to know what are the technical prerequisites ?

For Hardware? CPU/Memory/Disk/Operating System? HA setup?...

It sort of depends.

Running at least two Linux VMs on modern servers, each with a 4-thread CPU, 8GB RAM, about 30GB of very fast (NVMe) storage, a separate database and NFS servers, and some sort of a load balancer, you'll probably be OK. Monitor CPU and RAM utilization and scale vertically as necessary.

Having two (or more) instances will let you do zero downtime upgrades, which is a big deal.

In the future, real-life requirements might change when Jira supports external OpenSearch indexes.
