I recd email from Tech Support to close out a Work Request; When I accessed teh JIRA account, it sent the "link" or whatever it is to my personal Email. I can't access it; it's not showing up in my personal email. Thank you,

As this is a user community, where we use our own Jira instances, we unfortunately have no access to your instance and can't help you directly with this problem.
You will need to contact the Tech Support team that sent you the email to tell them you are having difficulty accessing the request. They and the administrators of the Jira instance you are accessing will need to resolve the problem.
