Teams vs TeamManagement

When you log in to Jira, there is a drop down Teams, but there is also a TeamManagement.jspa which seems to be different. Does anyone know what is the different classifications of Teams in Jira?

I am starting to get confused what's one team, vs another? Does anyone know?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You are finding that jspa page under the Plans menu option when you select View shared teams. Those are team that can be used in Advanced Roadmap Plans, and can be used to fill in the Team field in issues. That menu and AR functionality are available only in Premium and Enterprise subscriptions.

The Teams menu option is currently a separate function, not limited to the Premium subscription. Team defined there currently can't be used to fill in a field in an issue. You can learn more about the current functionality of that Teams functionality here:
