Teams Copilot plugin not showing up

Can not see Jira Plugin in copilot in teams. Did followed troubleshooting steps of 1) Uninstall Jira Cloud 2) Sign out of Teams 3) Sign into teams 4) install Jira Cloud apps 5) Toggle Copilot plugin on. Do not see option 5 at all.

Hi,

The Jira plugin in Microsoft Teams Copilot is only available if your tenant has the required Copilot license and the app has been enabled by your Microsoft 365 admin. If you don’t see the toggle, it usually means the plugin hasn’t been deployed or allowed at the tenant level.

Please check the following:

Confirm you have a valid Copilot for Microsoft 365 license

Ask your M365 admin to allow and deploy the Jira Cloud app in Teams Admin Center

Ensure third-party Copilot plugins are enabled for your tenant

Verify you are signed into the correct work account (not personal)

Allow time for policy changes to propagate

If the admin settings are correct and it still doesn’t appear, it may not yet be available in your region/tenant or could require additional rollout from Microsoft.
