Team managed software project - User Invite not sent

As an admin of my project, Why can't I invite a new user(outside of my organization) to my project?

Note: This is private level access project

Because I don't want this user to see my other projects on board. Any leads would be helpful.

Unfortunately that message is not very specific about the root cause for the failure.

I have read that message may occur if the user limit for licensing has been reached.

I recommend you start by contacting the Site/Organization Administrators for your Jira Cloud instance to see if the licensing limit has been hit or if they have set other limitations on inviting users to the site.
