I have created a team-managed project board but encountered the following issue:
1. Only the main ticket status is displayed on the board. For example, if an Epic is marked 'In Progress' and contains 5 'Done' tickets, only the Epic's 'In Progress' status is shown.
2. Is it possible to add a filter in the 'Group By' option? If so, how can this be done?
3. Also, I noticed differences between the settings logic of company-managed and team-managed projects. Is there any documentation available that explains these differences?

In the Board please check the Group By option available in the top menu.

I’ve reviewed it, but it seems there isn’t an option to create a custom filter in 'Group By. Am I miss something ?
