I am evaluating Jira. So I am using the free version.
After setting up 3 teams in the top "People" menu (which they show up just fine),
when I try to create a "Story" I click on the "Team" field that I setup for all screens and the icon just spins and the dropdown states
"Pick a shared team that you created though a Portfolio plan", I am assuming that the teams I created are shared because I see them across all projects and I don't see a way to create a Portfolio plan in the free version.
Please advise
