Tasks disappear from Sprint report

Rene B. Lauridsen January 18, 2021

Hi Community

I have an issue, which I cannot find a solution to anywhere.

Previous sprints end up showing none or very few tasks, even though i know they had way more tasks included. Example below is from our sprint 19, which i know for a fact had more than 10 tasks in the sprint, yet now on the sprint report, it is empty.

Whats almost more strange to me, is that tasks disappear over time from the sprint report, because the latest, shows most tasks.

Here is an example from previous sprint, where it shows 8 tasks, however there were more than 15 tasks in the sprint

In this example, it shows only Issues not completed, but sometimes it is a selection of both completed and not completed tasks showing, but still not all.

Is there any known issue or known way of working, which will prevent this from happening?

Kind Regards

René Lauridsen

Hi @Rene B. Lauridsen

Would recommend you to check on the board's filter query.

Does it filters out older issues?

If you mean the quick filters, it has the following set up.

Otherwise im not sure where you mean

@Fazila Ashraf

Ok i found the filter query (as you can see from above, i am not the knoe who set it up)

I assume it is the last part of the filter query. If I remove this part, will all Done tasks then be shown on my kanban board for example?

I tried removing the last part of the query, which to my knowledge is not necessary for our board. This seems to have completely solved the issue, so all reports are showing correctly.

Thanks for the assistance!
