Tasks Gone Missing

All of our sprint tasks suddenly disappeared from our Next Gen board this morning. They were all there last night.

If I click the Backlog button, they are all there, not in the backlog itself, but in the appropriate Epic. 

I've tried to bulk move them onto the board, but that doesn't seem to work. 

I've looked up the issue, and it seems that it may be a reindexing problem. I don't have admin privileges, so I don't think I can trigger reindexing.

Is there anything else I should look at?

If you are confident that no one changed anything then I would reach out to Atlassian support. It is possible that an update went in overnight that compromised something.

Thanks! I'm fairly confident. The tasks are unmodified, and we only have one admin.
