Task has dissapear

Task dissapeared from the project.I've checked old issues-nothing there.How it can be possible?And in what way I can fix it?

We're going to need a bit more detail than that.

Is it just one task? Where was it before it disappeared - backlog, board? Is this a Next-Gen project or a classical one? Scrum or Kanban? If you know the issue key (ABC-123), can you see it via a JQL query?

Once you've given more info, there may be further questions to help you
