Task duration on each status in jira

Hi, collegues! I have following problems: 

My new team doesn't track time in jira. But I need to understand how many hours (or days) task is "In progress"..

How can I solve that?

Hello,

You would need a plugin to count time spent in each status. For example, have a look at this plugin:
