Good afternoon,
There was a doubt in the jira and I couldn't find a way to do it.
There is the possibility to configure the task's completion date and an email is sent reminding that completion in a specific period ... like 3 days before the completion date?

Does this automation work only for the Cloud?
I checked the link, but I didn't quite understand it.
Here at the company we use the Jira-server in cotainer.

Hello,

You can indeed send an e-mail based on such criteria using an Automation rule that you will trigger daily using a JQL condition of the following type "Completion date" > startofDay(+3)
