Tab disappeared from the screen

I created tabs for the existing project and it showed before, however once I added project and started to use same screen scheme, the tabs disappeared.

I can see the fields for that tab in the screen but it is not in the tab. it shows in the one same screen.

I suppose it is not the same screen (as your images are showing something else then in the configuration). Please start checking from your project configuration and go deeper ending on specific screen. This should give you an idea what is wrong.

are you sure it's the correct screen?

I may be very wrong here but your screen settings would show:

Title, team, phase, summary...

but the other screen you attached is:

Phase, summary, something, reporter, priority...

you could try 'where is my field' in configure fields, that'll tell you more info about the screen you're using.

Does that make sense? Let me know what configure fields says for the title field for instance
