TRAC to Jira cloud

Is it possible to migrate from trac to JIRA cloud like in JIRA software?

Not directly, the importers dropped from Cloud ages ago, and are leaving Server soon.

Best bet is to migrate from Trac to Jira Server using the importers before they go, then up to Cloud.

This is supported via CSV Export in Trac and CSV Import in Jira Cloud.
