THE PERSON ADDED TO THE CARD DOES NOT ARRIVE

I add the address sevval.birdal@ugia.tech to the project named Ugia, but the person does not appear on the card. His name is not mentioned. What should I do? I am attaching the image of the relevant part. thanks.

Hi @Kağan Dikmen and welcome to the Community!

As far as I know, people only pop up there as soon as they are actually listed on issues in your project, not just when they are added as users in your project.

Add the person as assignee to a ticket and see what happens ...
