It seems that the sync of the repositories is in a loop, showing a multiple of the real commits and issues...
Its syncing all the time...
I also had the problem that it stopped at some point and than I had to remove all accounts and repositories and add them again.

Which version are you using currently? Did you check logs and find any thing ?
We are using Jira v8.19.1 and GitLab Community Edition 14.3.2.
Checking the logs brought no more information.

Thanks for sharing the SS with Jira. Are yo the Jira Administrator?
