Hi, starting from July, only the Developments tab should be used in project boards instead of Deployments. All functionalities should already be there, however we were using the timeline in Deployments quite actively and this feature is completely missing - there's no view where tickets are on one axis, time on the other, and in the middle you can see which environment something is deployed to. We were using Jenkins for Jira. Has anyone else been using this and do you have a solution for how to replace this view?
In the Deployments tab you can only see production deployments, which doesn't help us much, and in the other tabs you can't see specific tickets.
Another issue is that we're unable to display pull requests in the new Development tab - we can see there should be some number of them, but nothing shows up in the tab. We use Git Integration for Jira with webhooks only (i.e. one-directional), and we can see pull requests on tickets normally, but not in the tab. It offers a "Finish connection" option but that only leads to the plugin settings, which are already complete.
Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks for any tips

Hello and Welcome to Atlassian Community @Shiny Tyranitar
Honestly, the new Development page just doesn't have that old environment timeline view, it's a frustrating feature gap, and Jira Plans won't really replace it. I'd definitely recommend flagging that feedback to Atlassian.
As for the missing PRs, check if "Send Development Information to Jira Cloud" is actually turned on in your integration settings. Just remember that it usually only syncs new activity so you might need a manual reindex for historical data. Also, make sure your issue keys are formatted correctly and everyone has the right "View Development Tools" permissions.

Hi Arkadiusz,
thanks for the tips, unfortunately we have Send Development Information to Jira Cloud configured correctly. On the tickets in the Development section we can see PRs normally, we just can't see them in the new board view in the Development tab :(
There it expects "Finish connection", but we already have everything set up and there's no way to reconfigure it (because the communication is one-way only - webhooks for security reasons). Permissions are set correctly as well (otherwise the data wouldn't be visible on the tickets either).

Hello Venkateswarlu,
Thanks for the tips! Regarding Jira Plans - it doesn't have the option to display which environment a ticket is deployed to. That data is sent via Jenkins for Jira and can't be configured there, so Plans isn't a viable replacement for us in that regard.
As for full Git integration - unfortunately that's not possible due to security constraints on our side (we're limited to one-way webhook communication only).
