Swedish user having issues logging time

Cory Edwards February 19, 2019

We have a co-worker in Sweden who is not able to log time. No matter the format he puts the date in, it always tells him "You have to enter a date". He has tried:

23/1/19

23/jan/19

1/23/19

Hello Cory,

Indeed, we have already reported a bug on JIRA when using Swedish language in date picker fields:

JIRA does not recognize some dates set in a foreign language

Feel free to watch the bug to receive any notifications about its fix implementation.

For now, I kindly ask you to create a support ticket with Atlassian Standard Support to implement the workaround described in the bug for your Cloud site:

https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Let me know if it is properly working for the user once the workaround is performed.

Thank you Petterson. I will let you know if the workaround is successful.
