I want to resubscribe from my Jira account. I didn't find resubscribe button and I have been updated my credit card number, it's doesn't take any effect. Besides that, my Jira account being suspended since Yesterday, and I try to contact the Atlassian team 24 hours ago didn't receive any solution until now.
Can you help us? Because we need to solve this problem faster.

Checking the ticket that you created with our Billing & Licensing team, I saw that they already reactivated your Cloud site. Both Jira Software and Confluence are active.

@Fransiscus Pandhu Regawa I can escalate to Atlassian. My guess is that the support issue will be faster than the community.
