Support for JIRA

I can't see the outlook for JIRA add-on in the add-ons list. The page for the plugin says that it's going to be searchable on the add-ons page, but I don't see it. Right now, I am running an onDemand trial of JIRA. Help please.

OnDemand has a limited set of add-ons you can use. You haven't said which "outlook for Jira" add-on you are looking at, but even if you had, I don't remember anything by that name being available.

Maybe if you told us which add-on you're looking at we could give you more information
